SHIPPING AND HANDLING
FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders that subtotal $350 or more. Applies to U.S. residents only. Sorry, offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or international (including Canada) destinations.

Standard orders are processed within two business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and delivery should arrive within 4-5 weeks. All orders are shipped insured. In addition, California residents will be charged sales tax, currently 8.25%. In the event of a delay, you will be notified immediately.

Ground shipping (under $150): $10
2nd Day AIR: $17
3 Day SELECT: $13

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, Ca. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

RETURNS
Babydol will accept any product in its original packaging and original form within 14 days. Your invoice must be included with any returns. Please contact our customer service department before attempting to ship goods back to us, as each return must receive our confirmation. The client will pay for return shipping costs and insurance. When we have received the items, we will credit your account.
